I thought that the most important part of the first 5 chapters was how the author took you through the background of his disability and how he lived with it. He mentions that he had dyslexia and that school was very hard for him because people always treated him differently and labeled him. He told of his hard times and that he even had a suicide note written at a very young age. He also told of his escape of his disability which was soccer because he felt that he was on an even playing field and that he was better than most of the people who were considered "normal" while he was on the soccer field.
